DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR EUROPE:
Brexit Update
From the 1 January 2021 the UK is no longer part of the EU customs union and as a result all of our international shipments are subject to customs clearance on exit from the UK and entry to the EU. This may result in delays to delivery while the Customs processes are refined between the EU and the UK.
Wherever possible shipments will be processed as a duty paid service with our couriers. This ensures that there are no additional charges to the customer on receipt of the parcel.
Smaller lower cost parcels may be shipped on a mail service as they fall below the thresholds for VAT and customs duty. In such circumstances a small customs clearance fee may be payable by the customer on receipt. This is to ensure we can offer you the most cost effective shipping method for the goods you have purchased.
Delivery Charges for orders with weight below 30kg will be displayed at checkout and vary according to destination country.
For orders of €100 and above a reduced cost shipping rate is available at checkout.
